THE LAWS GOVERNING the development of constructions don’t change with the passing of years or centuries; they’re fundamental legal guidelines of nature. But I discover it obligatory so as to add a preface to this third version of my e book as a result of of the expertise I’ve acquired during the last fifteen years within the colleges of New York Metropolis and different components of the US.
