Oop – Learn Object Oriented Thinking and Programming
The whole textbook is designed as a record of the author’s dialogue with his daughter, who wants to learn to program. The author endeavors not to explain the Java programming language to the readers but to teach them actual programming. To teach them how to think and design the program as experienced programmers do.
The entire matter is very illustrative, so even a current secondary school student can understand it quite simply.
Book Description
This book is a textbook for programming in the Java language for beginners.
The whole textbook is designed to record the dialogue between the author and his daughter, who wants to learn to program. The author endeavors not to explain the Java programming language to the readers but to teach them actual programming. To teach them how experienced programmers think and design programs.
The entire matter is explained in a very illustrative way, which means that even a current secondary school student can understand it quite simply.
The book comes from the author’s long-term experience teaching children, university students, and professional programmers. According to the Architecture First methodology, the author teaches programming, which reacts to companies’ complaints that school graduates are usually good at coding but bad at software architecture. Various code-generators gradually take over coding itself, but the work of the architect will remain irreplaceable for a long time.
