David Brickner is a Linux and Open Source book editor at O`Reilly Media, Inc. Before that, he worked as a Windows system administrator for eight years. He has been using Linux servers since 1998 and has used them as a full-time workstation for four years. David lives near Boston, MA with his wife Claire, and two good cats. He enjoys reading fantasy and sci-fi books, eating his own pumpkin bread, and going to the movies with Claire.
